Buyer Client Program

At Midwest Business Brokers and Advisors, we represent our client in business transfer transactions. Our Buyer Client Program was established specifically for high net worth individuals, private investment groups and corporations who want to purchase profitable, well-managed companies in specified industries.

  • We search for and identify a target company based on criteria provided by our clients including size, type, profitability and industry.
  • We avoid the “auction” atmosphere in negotiations. Our clients are usually the sole buyer negotiating with the target company.
  • We broker a fair deal. We show a prospective seller what is fair and what makes sense from our client’s point of view.

This program includes a non-exclusive authorization agreement allowing our Buyer Clients the flexibility to work with other intermediaries if desired.
